All-Day Training! U. S. Family Martial Arts is offering this training August 5th - 9th from 8:00am-12:30pm. Students will have the opportunity to learn traditional martial arts techniques, philosophy, and discipline. They will condition their body and mind through difficult training drills and sparring practice with other participants. Training hours will count toward stripes and belt promotions. Students will be instructed on strategies to maintain a healthy lifestyle, such as good nutrition, hygiene, and manners. Throughout the days, students will learn self-defense techniques, verbal strategies, & how to be better people! After training each day, students will participate in games that will help build coordination, mental strength, and stamina! Attendee's will also have the ability to attend evening classes from 4:30pm-7:30pm.
